Ela me ouviu bem pra entender o que eu queria, foi super sincera e realista sobre o que era ou não possível fazer no meu cabelo diante da situação e meu deu alternativas e poder de escolha sobre o que dava pra fazer. Meu cabelo saiu de lá outro, com uma melhora visível.
O atendimento é excelente, a Cida e Rapha foram super atenciosas. O ambiente foi super leve e acolhedor.

I left Cida's salon another woman. She listened to me well to understand what I wanted, was super sincere and realistic about what was or was not possible to do with my hair in view of the situation and gave me alternatives and power of choice about what I could do. My hair came out of there another, with a visible improvement.
The service is excellent, Cida and Rapha were super thoughtful. The atmosphere was super light and welcoming.
