★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel aconchegante e tranquilo. Funcionários atenciosos, mas a administração deixa muito a desejar. Não há como esquentar uma xicara de água na cozinha à noite, pois a mesma fica trancada.
Cozy and quiet hotel. Attentive staff, but management leaves a lot to be desired. There is no way to heat a cup of water in the kitchen at night as it is locked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel confortável, dois pontos negativos apenas, mas fáceis de relevar. No meu quarto não havia tomadas na parede próxima a cama. E em dia de semana com poucos hóspedes o café da manhã falta algumas coisas, exemplo iogurte. Mas foi um estadia satisfatória, voltaria lá.
Comfortable hotel, just two negative points, but easy to overlook. In my room there were no outlets on the wall next to the bed. And on weekdays with few guests, breakfast is missing some things, such as yogurt. But it was a satisfying stay, would go back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca fiquei em um hotel tão ruim em toda minha vida! TV não ligava, me trocaram de quarto.. no outro, o ar não gelava.. dia seguinte o elevador parou de funcionar.. subi e desci escada com mala porque não tinha um funcionário que pudesse fazer isso… péssimo atendimento!
I have never stayed in such a bad hotel in my entire life! TV didn't turn on, they changed my room.. on the other, the air didn't get cold.. next day the elevator stopped working.. I went up and down stairs with suitcase because I didn't have an employee who could do that… bad service!

PROS:
- bed was comfortable & shower was great
- room has some snacks & mini fridge stocked with drinks
- the table in the room was great as my work station
- TV quality & channel options was excellent
- hotel has an outdoor and an underground garage.
- there is a little swimming pool in the hotel
- housekeepers were great & room was very clean and tidy
- receptionists were great & have done all they could to help with my requirements
CONS:
- Breakfast was poor, bread and cakes were either too cooked, undercooked or old. Variety & Presentation was way below what's expected for a hotel at this price.
- No wardrobe, mirror, bin or hairdryer in the room (no hairdryer available for borrowing in the hotel)
- No bottle opener, or wine opener available in the room or in the hotel, despite having bottles in the room fridge.The receptionist gave us these tools to open the wine, and we waited for a whole hour.
- Ear plug is needed as all the noise from corridor & reception can be heard from the room.
Overral experience was pleasant, but this hotel room & price shouldn't be more than R$165-170 for what they offer, but that's the price they charge for their basic rooms.
