★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei mais de 20 minutos ao telefone esperando para ser atendido e não ouve retorno de nada.Entrei pelo chat como eles mandam e não consegui obter nenhuma resposta.O auxilio atrasado e não sabemos nem quando vamos receber .Um absurdo.Um desrespeito com nós estagiários que precisamos para manter nossa faculdade em dia.
I spent more than 20 minutes on the phone waiting to be answered and nothing came back. I entered the chat as they say and couldn't get any response. The assistance is late and we don't even know when we'll receive it. we need to keep our faculty up to date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está sem atendimento presencial. Não entendo o motivo, tudo já voltou a funcionar. E agora que mudou de lugar tem uma burocracia maior, precisa ir na recepção do prédio entregar a indentidade pra eles tirarem foto e depois subir. E não avisam que está sem atendimento, me deparei com o aviso lá no 7° andar na porta do CIEE.
There is no face-to-face service. I don't understand why, everything is working again. And now that you've moved, there's a bigger bureaucracy, you need to go to the reception of the building to deliver your ID so they can take a picture and then go up. And they do not warn that there is no service, I came across the notice there on the 7th floor at the door of the CIEE.
