Dissemos que não haveria pressa para realizar a entrega e disseram que a entrega seria entre o dia 08/05 e 09/05, porém a atendente mencionou que ligaria para confirmar se a entrega poderia ser realizada e isso não ocorreu. Quando liguei lá eles disseram que já havia saído para a entrega e não me ligaram para confirmar, digo isso porque não haveria gente para receber a carga, ainda tive que arcar com o frete da próxima entrega, lembrando que eles me ligariam pará confirmar se poderíamos receber a carga. Lamentável, sugestão : contratem atendentes que preste atenção no que o seu cliente fala.
I bought 50 bags of cement and a few other products at this location. Basicamente é pagar e esperar que algum funcionário coloque o cimento no seu veículo, porém se estiverem em "horário de almoço", não haverá ninguém disponível para completar o serviço após o pagamento. É compreensível e correto que os horários de almoço ou descanso sejam respeitados, porém é estranho não ter um rodízio entre os funcionários nesses horários, acarretando uma espera desnecessária por parte do cliente.
I've been a customer for several years. The service is reasonable with the small consumer like me. Basically it's paying and waiting for an employee to put the cement in your vehicle, but if you're on "lunch time", there won't be anyone available to complete the service after payment. It is understandable and correct that lunch or rest hours are respected, but it is strange not having a rotation between employees at these times, causing unnecessary waiting on the part of the customer.
