★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nota zero, descarregaram areia em cima da pedra brita do vizinho, motorista e ajudante mais preocupados em receber primeiro, saem sem dar satisfação, e quando se liga pra fazer reclamações , com a vendedora Rosângela vc percebe que nada vai adiantar, atendimento zero, funcionários abaixo disso, uma lástima.
Zero score, unloaded sand on top of the neighbor's crushed stone, driver and helper more concerned with receiving first, leave without any satisfaction, and when you call to make complaints, with the salesperson Rosângela you realize that nothing will do, zero service, employees below that, a pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, funcionários mal educados, os motoristas sem responsabilidade nenhuma sem respeito com pedestres e ciclistas. Coloquei uma estrela pq não tem como avaliar sem. Pq não merecem nenhuma. Se pudesse, daria menos cinco.
De longe a pior empresa que já contatei.
Poor service, rude staff, drivers without any responsibility without respect for pedestrians and cyclists. I put a star because there is no way to evaluate without. Because they don't deserve any. If I could, I would give minus five.
By far the worst company I have ever contacted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nota ZERO para a moça e o rapaz que estavam atendendo, péssimo atendimento. Sou cliente a mais de 10 anos, fiz uma compra de R$10.000,00 me mandaram arames que nunca tinha visto e quebra quando torcemos, fui trocar depois de 15 dias porque meu pedreiro só percebeu quando foi utilizar, me disseram que não iriam trocar porque só trocam em 7 dias. Um pouco de bom senso e jogo de cintura vai bem, perderam uma venda de 40 mil reais, pois estou construindo duas casas. A moça foi antipática e não estava utilizando máscara, trabalho fora das normas e orientações do combate a pandemia. Não recomendo, o atendimento e o padrão de qualidade caiu muito!!!
ZERO score for the girl and the guy who were attending, very bad service. I've been a customer for over 10 years, I made a purchase of R$10,000.00, wires I'd never seen were sent to me and it breaks when we twist, I went to change it after 15 days because my bricklayer only noticed when it was used, they told me they wouldn't change it because they only change in 7 days. A little common sense and flexibility goes well, they lost a sale of 40 thousand reais, because I'm building two houses. The girl was unfriendly and was not wearing a mask, working outside the norms and guidelines of the fight against the pandemic. I don't recommend it, the service and the quality standard dropped a lot!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tudo estava indo bem até a última compra que fiz, no dia 10/1/22 na Cimenthuba Maranduba. Tive uma experiência bem estranha em relação ao motorista que desceu do caminhão, durante uma entrega de cimento, e foi entrando pelo quintal afora, sem nenhuma autorização. Quando reclamei da atitude do sujeito, fui atendida com pouco caso pelo atendente, como se fosse normal uma pessoa ir entrando a vontade na casa dos outros. Para piorar, o cimento veio todo empedrado, pedi a troca e disseram que seria feita no mesmo dia, mas nada. Só fizeram a troca na sexta à tarde, depois e ir pessoalmente, e ter de ligar duas vezes reclamando. Enquanto isso a obra parada a espera da troca do produto defeituoso.
Everything was going well until the last purchase I made, on 1/10/22 at Cimenthuba Maranduba. I had a very strange experience with the driver who got out of the truck, during a cement delivery, and went into the backyard without any authorization. When I complained about the guy's attitude, I was treated with little care by the attendant, as if it were normal for a person to go freely into someone else's house. To make matters worse, the cement came all cobbled together, I asked for a replacement and they said it would be done on the same day, but nothing. They didn't make the switch until Friday afternoon, then go in person, and have to call twice complaining. Meanwhile the work stopped waiting for the exchange of the defective product.
