★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Comprei 150 sacos de cimento, paguei à vista e depositei diretamente na conta deles, pois me disseram que só assim entregariam em 24 horas. Não entregaram como combinaram e apesar de inúmeras tentativas minha de contato com eles para saber quando iriam entregar o produto, não me respondiam e quando conseguia falar parecia que eles estavam me fazendo um favor. Perdi três dias que paguei ao meu funcionário para esperar a entrega que não foi realizada como combinado. Depois que finalmente entregaram o cimento pediram desculpas pela falta de comunicação e somente isso mesmo. Sem vergonha mesmo. Não recomendo a ninguém. Outras empresas têm o mesmo preço e qualidade e cumprem o combinado.
Terrible attendance. I bought 150 bags of cement, paid in cash and deposited directly in their account, as they told me that only then would they deliver in 24 hours. They did not deliver as agreed and despite my numerous attempts to contact them to know when they would deliver the product, they did not respond and when I managed to speak it seemed that they were doing me a favor. I lost three days that I paid my employee to wait for the delivery that was not made as agreed. After they finally delivered the cement they apologized for the lack of communication and that's it. No shame at all. I don't recommend it to anyone. Other companies have the same price and quality and comply with the agreement.
