Informo ao proprietário da loja o Sr Willian no dia seguinte (14/10/2020) e o mesmo informa que não é de sua responsabilidade que devo procurar o fabricante das telhas.
Nem compromisso com a qualidade dos produtos comercializados e nem com a satisfação do cliente.
It was bitter !!
I bought 20 fiber cement tiles that was delivered on 10/13/2020, with problems.
I inform the store owner Mr Willian the following day (10/14/2020) and he informs me that it is not his responsibility that I should contact the tiles manufacturer.
Neither commitment to the quality of the products sold nor to customer satisfaction.
