★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar funciona, mas é desorganizado. No lançamento de Homem Aranha No Way Home, o filme demorou 15 minutos para começar porque o projetor não estava devidamente preparado. Pelo menos a pipoca é ótima.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui algumas vezes neste cinema, as vezes sozinha e observando, este é a cara de Avaré, má administrado, má gestão de atendimento, Avaré merece isso, e isso é a visão de muitos na região, a Marca UNIPLEX deveria ter vergonha, e tem gente jornalistas até que usa esse caos de estabelecimento como referencia! AVARÉ MERECE MUITO!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neste dia em particular estava vazio, infelizmente, acho que um problema de sistema afetou a venda dos ingressos, e uma fila de três pessoas nos deixou por vinte minutos esperando, até eu reclamar, pois até então, o rapaz responsável pela venda, não nos informou do problema. Enfim, resolvido o problema dos ingressos, outro problema no meio da sessão (Homem-Aranha:Sem volta para casa) ficou sem imagem e só continuou com o áudio. Isso até alguém levantar e ir reclamar na bilheteria.
Problemas acontecem, mas deveriam ter um olhar melhor no atendimento e na exibição do filme.
On this particular day it was empty, unfortunately, I think a system problem affected the sale of tickets, and a line of three people left us waiting for twenty minutes, until I complained, because until then, the guy responsible for the sale, we have not informed of the problem. Anyway, the ticket issue was resolved, another issue in the middle of the session (Spider-Man: No return home) ran out of image and just continued with the audio. That is, until someone got up and complained at the box office.
Problems do happen, but they should have a better look at the service and the showing of the film.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom, salas amplas, organizado e limpo. Poltronas numeradas, venda de ingressos online facilitam o atendimento. Excelente colaboradores, que resolvem todos os eventuais problemas (pessoa ocupando minha poltrona), além de atendimento rápido na lanchonete. Vale o ingresso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo ir ao cinema de Avaré, porém tem algumas coisas que atrapalham minha experiência, ¹ como o atendimento ao cliente, é impossível contactar o cinema, a não ser indo até ele, coisa que um whatsapp comercial já resolvia ² as salas das sessões também, assim que acabam o filme da sessão anterior ficam cheias de pipoca pelo chão, eles não limpam quando começam a sua ³ pelo menos. o atendimento presencial é outra coisa, pessoal super atencioso
