Alegando que não era de fábrica. Como pode uma cinta que ao colocar já aparece defeito, não ser de fábrica?

Two of them came defective and when they took the store to exchange, on the second day, after purchase, they had material for 2 months, and when returning me they did not accept to exchange. Claiming it was not factory. How can a strap that when defective appears already, not factory?
They do not work honestly.
