★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz pedido hoje as 11:13, o pedido chegou as 13:10h, ou seja, duas horas após o pedido. A empresa não atende o telefone. Responde muito mal pelo whatsapp. E por um hora o pedido iria chegar em 5 minutos. O entregado ainda informou que havia muitos pedidos a serem entregues antes do nosso que foi programado para ser o ultimo para cumprir a rota. Empresa não tem respeito pelo cliente. Lamentável e vergonhoso.
I ordered today at 11:13 am, the order arrived at 1:10 pm, that is, two hours after the order. The company does not answer the phone. Responds very poorly on whatsapp. And for an hour the order would arrive in 5 minutes. The deliveree also informed that there were many orders to be delivered before ours, which was scheduled to be the last to fulfill the route. Company has no respect for the customer. Regrettable and shameful.
