Apesar de ter alguns pontos com alguns buracos nos primeiros km saindo de Paraty, depois esse Caminho do Ouro está todo recuperado com calçamento muito bonito. De todas as alternativas rodoviárias para Paraty, considero a melhor. Visual incrível, bem cuidada com uma mata exuberante. Recomendo cuidado pois ela possui na serra curvas bem acentuadas e como em qualquer lugar, alguns irresponsáveis apressadinhos que ultrapassam em locais inimagináveis as vezes nos colocando em risco, por isso toda atenção é pouca e mais ainda em dias de chuva pois ela fica escorregadia mas é maravilhosa e mais curta e rápida enquanto mantiverem obras na Tamoios que devem durar anos até seu término.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar lindooooooooooo!!! Todo entorno. As cachoeiras, mata, os alambiques... Super indico o passeio - mas é melhor se hospedar numa pousada mais próxima de Paraty.
Beautiful place !!! All around. The waterfalls, the woods, the stills ... I recommend the tour - but it is better to stay at a guesthouse closer to Paraty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 01.5 km preservado limpo muito bem cuidado por morador local com a prefeitura. Ali passou parte da história do Brasil Colônia. Café Ouro e escravos. Ligava o Porto Paraty à Minas Gerais. Esse caminho termina na Cachoeira do Tarzan. Muito vizitada por turistas. Serra linda
