Antes de ir a loja liguei para saber se tinham a mola que eu estava precisando, pois era muito pequena, uma mulher me atendeu e falou que deveria ter sim e que se não tivesse eles fabricam. Então fui pessoalmente. Cheguei no balcao tinha um homem sentado mexendo no celular, ele olhou pra mim e voltou a cara para o celular. Tive que pedir pra ele vir me atender. Mostrei a mola que queria pra ele, sem medir, pesar nem sequer tocar na mola ele falou que não tinha nada daquele tamanho. Ai falei que liguei e uma mulher falou que deveria ter e que poderiam fazer. Ele disse que não pode fazer, só se for em quantidade. Perguntei qual era o minimo e o valor que sairia. Sem consultar nada ele falou 100 unidades, 15 reais cada. Achei absurdamente caro, 15 reais para uma molinha simples de 2mm de diametro por 5mm de comprimento. Estava indo embora da loja decidi olhar nos organizadores pra ver se achava algo parecido, achei exatamente a mesma mola, peguei varias e perguntei quanto era, ele, que ja estava de novo sentado no celular, fez uma cara feia pra mim e mais uma vez, sem consultar nada, disse que era tudo por 10 reais. Com muito esforço tirou uma nota pra eu pagar no caixa, deixou as molas em cima do balcão do jeito que eu deixei, não se deu o trabalho nem de embalar. Eu paguei e eu tive que embalar num saquinho que tinha comigo pra levar. Por que era muito trabalhoso levantar da cadeira e sair do celular.
Me senti com vontade de pedir desculpa por estar indo ali gastar meu dinheiro. Um funcionário desse leva qualquer estabelecimento a falência. É um parasita preguiçoso que não dá valor ao trabalho que tem.
Worst service of my life. I asked what was the minimum and the amount that would come out. Without consulting anything he spoke 100 units, 15 reais each. I found it absurdly expensive, 15 reais for a simple 2mm diameter by 5mm length. I was leaving the store I decided to look at the organizers to see if I could find something similar, I found exactly the same spring, I took several and asked how much it was, he, who was already sitting on his cell phone again, made a face at me and once again , without consulting anything, said it was all for 10 reais. With a lot of effort, he pulled out a note for me to pay at the register, left the springs on the counter the way I left it, there was no work or packing. I paid and I had to pack it in a bag I had with me to take. Because it was too much work to get up from the chair and get out of the cell phone.
I felt like apologizing for going there to spend my money. Such an employee will bankrupt any establishment. It is a lazy parasite that does not value the work it has.

Wow this was the worst service in São Cristóvão or even in RJ, worse than not an ordinary employee and the owner's nephew!!!!
