Apenas no momento da compra e assinatura do contrato a pessoa responsável, do seu setor juridico, não obteve as informações corretas quanto as inúmeras dividas associadas ao terreni e acabei arcando com um prejuízo de 20,00. O valor não é muito, mas eu questionei o setor e não recebi resposta.
