★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer vistoria para segunda via de CRV. As pessoas que me atenderam foram extremamente grosseiras sem motivo aparente. Parabéns aos despachantes de Varginha, já que estou convencido de que é melhor contratar os seus serviços do que voltar nesse lugar.
I went to make an inspection for a duplicate of CRV. The people who attended me were extremely rude for no apparent reason. Congratulations to the Varginha dispatchers, as I am convinced that it is better to hire their services than to return to this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, nunca atendem o telefone, nenhuma divulgação de serviços/horários prestados. Encontrei a porta fechada no " horário de funcionamento " com nenhum funcionário dentro. Descaso total.
Bad service, never answer the phone, no disclosure of services/times provided. I found the door closed at "opening hours" with no employee inside. Total disregard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só despachante consegue agendar vistoria na unidade! Chega lá pra pedir informações pessoal falta pouco a xingar vc achando que estão fazendo um favor ao invés do dever deles.
Only the dispatcher can schedule an inspection at the unit! Get there to ask for personal information. There's little to scold you, thinking you're doing them a favor instead of their duty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois de ler e ouvir tantas avaliações negativas sobre o local, pensei que não fosse tudo isso, mas é, você paga taxas e mais taxas para ter um péssimo atendimento com grosserias desnecessárias e má vontade, o telefone só atende a poder de reza e você ainda precisa de uma bola de cristal para saber se o sistema está funcionando ou não. Caso queira passar um pouquinho de raiva, é um ambiente excelente, rsrs...
After reading and hearing so many negative reviews about the place, I thought it wasn't all that, but it is, you pay fees and more fees to have a bad service with unnecessary rudeness and ill will, the phone only answers the power of prayer and you still need a crystal ball to know if the system is working or not. If you want to show a little anger, it's an excellent environment, lol...
