★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O espaço é pequeno e por isso não tem como acolher quem espera na fila do lado de fora. Fica todo mundo embaixo do sol, se amontoando, uma coisa horrível. Deveriam providenciar tendas para o público. Já lá dentro, a climatização é ótima. O atendimento é ágil, mas não é rápido

Tô com a minha CNH faz 15 dias e ainda não chegou. Moro em Recife. Tento ligar pra alguém adianta ,sobre a CNH. Ninguém atende. aí tenho que ir até eles . Nesse distância terrível. Pra chegar na hora e dizer que ainda não chegou. Isso e um absurdo. Era tão simples e só atender o telefone. Pra a gente não dar viagem perdida. Eu tenho o que fazer. Falta de respeito constrangimento.
No one answer the phone.
I've been with my CNH for 15 days and it still hasn't arrived. I live in Recife. I try to call someone ahead of time, about CNH. Nobody answer. then I have to go to them. That terrible distance. To arrive on time and say you haven't arrived yet. That is absurd. It was so simple and just answering the phone. For us not to miss a trip. I have something to do. Lack of respect, embarrassment.

Estou a 4Horas e 30 minutos ligando insistentemente, chama, chama e ninguém atende, isso já aconteçeu algumas vezes anteriores comigo mas agora foi o pior dia, é melhor arrancar o telefone e colocar no lixo. Vamos trabalhar pessoal pelo amor de Deus, atendam quando ligarem. Vocês trabalham apusso. Que vergonha. Pra onde vão os nossos impostos? Vergonha, indignação que absurdo.
