★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento via WhatsApp. Tentei encontrar um produto que atendesse a minha necessidade e mandaram o valor de um UGA e buscar um vídeo no site. Tentei explicar que cada caso é diferente, dependendo dos meus equipamentos... tipos de entradas e saídas. Mas, infelizmente, não estão minimamente preocupados com o cliente e insistem em te dispensar, mandando assistir o vídeo. Assisti o tal vídeo, mas, como eu disse, existem casos distintos e o cliente merece o mínimo de atenção e respeito. Fica a dica: busquem alguma empresa que trate com educação e elegância as pessoas.
 Terrible service via WhatsApp. I tried to find a product that met my need and they sent the value of a UGA and look for a video on the site. I tried to explain that each case is different depending on my equipment... types of inputs and outputs. But, unfortunately, they are not in the least concerned about the customer and insist on dismissing you, sending you to watch the video. I watched the video, but, as I said, there are different cases and the client deserves the least attention and respect. Here's a tip: look for a company that treats people with politeness and elegance.

O que você compra com prioridade máxima, pagando o frete mais rápido, ao ser trocado (por defeito e não por graça) vem no frete mais demorado possível.
The price is good, but if your product has a problem then you're in trouble.
What you buy with top priority, paying the fastest shipping, when exchanged (by default and not for free) comes in the longest shipping possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente logo na primeira compra notou-se a má fé da empresa ao anunciar um produto por um valor e vender por outro, obviamente não aceitam devolução pois o produto já estava em uso. Os Gestores que deveriam prezar pelo bom senso simplesmente informam que não podem fazer nada e tipicam a situação como erro Crasso (de forma errônea). Não vale a pena arriscar com essa empresa, o Mercado Livre é muito mais seguro.
Unfortunately, right on the first purchase, the company's bad faith was noticed when announcing a product for one value and selling it for another, obviously they do not accept returns because the product was already in use. Managers who should value common sense simply report that they can't do anything and typify the situation as a crass error (mistakenly). It's not worth taking a risk with this company, Mercado Livre is much safer.

Tive uma incompatibilidade, devido a drive desatualizado e, na ocasião, fui rapidamente atendindo pela equipe de venda/suporte e o problema foi resolvido. Não basta colocar um produto mercado, mas sim dar o suporte necessário para se manter no mercado por anos!
E por isso que a Cirilo Cabos e toda equipe de funcionários estão de parabésn!!!!
Excellent service in sales and especially after sales! I had an incompatibility due to an outdated drive and, at the time, I was quickly assisted by the sales/support team and the problem was resolved. It is not enough to place a product on the market, but to provide the necessary support to remain in the market for years!
