★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Sem contar que tem que tomar cuidado se não eles te pedem sua casa, mesmo com o contrato e pagamentos em dia. Não é nada confiável, um dia você tem casa pra morar, no outro dia você não tem!
Terrible attendance! Not to mention that you have to be careful if they don't ask for your home, even with the contract and payments up to date. It's not trustworthy, one day you have a house to live in, the next day you don't have it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, enviei a ficha de documentos para a avaliação que segundo uma das funcionária me daria a resposta no mesmo dia, passaram-se 3 dias e n obtive uma resposta, liguei e me disseram que foi negada, perguntei o motivo e não sabiam me responder , liguei várias vezes e sempre me passavam pra outra pessoa e ninguém sabia me dizer o porque da ficha negada, ja tive experiencia com outras imobiliárias como Alex Imóveis e Moradia Imobiliária a respeito do mesmo problema que fizeram questão de resolver meu problema no mesmo dia e de forma simples sem estresse. Não recomendo de forma alguma Cirsa Imóveis , se n querem ter dor de cabeça optem por outra imobiliária essa não leva o cliente a sério.
I don't recommend it, I sent the document form for the evaluation which, according to one of the employees, would give me the answer on the same day, 3 days passed and I got an answer, I called and was told it was denied, I asked the reason and they didn't know how to answer me. , I called several times and they always passed me on to someone else and no one could tell me why the file was denied, I've had experience with other real estate companies like Alex Imóveis and Habita Imobiliária about the same problem that made sure to solve my problem on the same day and in a simple, stress-free way. I don't recommend Cirsa Imóveis at all, if you don't want to have a headache, choose another real estate agency that doesn't take the client seriously.
