Yes I have already attended as a client of podiatrists and I usually buy socks to prevent varicose veins in this location. Very good service. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisava de produtos com urgência, era 18:30 quando ligamos e sabíamos que fechava 19:00. Pelo GPS chegaria 19:10, perguntamos se seria possível nos aguardar esses 10 minutos,, pois estávamos vindo de um pouco longe. Às 19:10 em ponto, estava em frente, tudo fechado, apagado, ligamos diversas vezes e ninguém atendeu. O senhor que atendeu foi embora. Concordo que ninguém tem obrigação de ficar após o horário. Era apenas dizer: Não posso esperar após 19:00. Não teria gasto tempo, combustível ou teria tentado outra cirúrgica que tbm fechava 19:00.
Quando se trabalha com saúde, precisa ter um pouquinho mais de empatia, de atenção, de se colocar no lugar do outro, e nesse caso de sinceridade. Que é o mínimo que se espera. Pois me senti feita de besta. O item que iria comprar realmente não era de alto valor, mas fundamental é necessário para uma sobrevida hoje. Sou farmacêutica de uma drogaria e meus clientes com frequência me pedem indicação de cirúrgica quando não trabalho com algum produto. Hoje eu poderia dar apenas alguns reais a vocês, mas a longo prazo, muitos clientes. Entretanto, jamais esse local estará na minha recomendação, pois realmente não souberam lidar com o cliente, não tiveram o mínimo que eu esperava: sinceridade e respeito.

Because I felt like a beast. The item I was going to buy really wasn't high value, but it's essential for survival today. I am a pharmacist at a drugstore and my clients often ask me for a surgical indication when I don't work with a product. Today I could only give you a few reais, but in the long run, a lot of clients. However, this place will never be on my recommendation, because they really didn't know how to deal with the client, they didn't have the minimum I expected: sincerity and respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente da Podológia nesse estabelecimento e algumas Podológas são bem profissionais, porém, na última vez quê fui atendida por uma "profissional" quê não largou o celular o tempo todo, e atendendo ligação, com celular na orelha inclinando a cabeça pro lado para o celular não cair e fazendo o procedimento nos meus Pés, em seguida respondeu mensagens no celular. Na minha opinião deveria dár atenção no procedimento e não usar celular quando estiver com cliente na cadeira em atendimento Podológa. Falta de profissionalismo !
