Mesmo já tendo gasto mais de 10.000 reais com produtos para curar ferida de minha mãe.
Uma pena esses atendentes insatisfeitos.
Existem muitas pessoas boas querendo um emprego assim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dia 10/08/20 estive na loja MAFRA Unidade São José do Rio Preto e fui atendido por um Empregado e não colaborador alto de óculos, bem vestido, todo engomadinho arrogante e prepotente solicitando uma determinação medicação.
Fui ignorado o tempo todo, como é a forma dos empregados da loja pois colaboradores são treinados e orientados p atender as necessidades e expectativas dos clientes.
Não é a primeira vez que isso acontece, pois passam um valor do produto; ao pagar é outro; o caixa e confuso; tem q retornar para estornar o valor; enfim inúmeras situações desagradáveis.
O mínimo que a instituição deveria fazer é treinar os empregados se tornarem colaboradores educados; prestativos; gentis e cortês e não nos tratar como um número p atingir metas.
Lido diariamente com pessoas com patologias sérias e estes sim os trato com dignidade e respeito; amor e carinho.
Será que a MAFRA é capaz disso? , Espero q sim.
Para Mafra posso ser um número e a MAFRA p mim é simplesmente uma loja de empregados despreparados e arrogantes.
Os valores devem ser revistos caso haja vontade e bom senso.
Agregar valores é fundamental na vida pois com eles ensinamos e aprendemos.

On 08/10/20 I went to the MAFRA São José do Rio Preto store and was attended by a tall, well-dressed employee and non-collaborator, all dressed up, arrogant and arrogant, asking for a medication determination.
I was ignored all the time, as is the form of store employees because employees are trained and oriented to meet the needs and expectations of customers.
This is not the first time this has happened, as they pass on a product value; when paying is another; the cashier and confused; must return to reverse the amount; finally, countless unpleasant situations.
The least that the institution should do is to train employees to become educated collaborators; helpful; kind and courteous and not treating us like a number p to achieve goals.
I deal daily with people with serious pathologies and they treat them with dignity and respect; Love and affection.
Is MAFRA capable of that? , I hope so.
For Mafra I can be a number and MAFRA p me is simply a store of unprepared and arrogant employees.
Values should be revised if there is willingness and common sense.
Adding values is fundamental in life because with them we teach and learn.

Além de estar cometendo um crime cerceando pacientes que precisam de medicamentos, é incompetente em treinar seus funcionários para atender os clientes sem alegar que as receitas não funcionam.
