★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aluguei a casa constava no contrato que estava tudo em ordem, assim que me mudei meu banheiro tava vazando a torneira da cozinha não sai água, entrei em contato com o responsável pelo imóvel o mesmo pediu que envia-se um e-mail informando o que ocorre de errado na casa enviei vários emails varias ligações isso já fazem 5 meses e ninguém toma uma previdência.Fica um jogado pro outro já falei com ROGÉRIO LIRA AFONSO FERREIRA que é Sócio Diretor e alguei diretamente com o CLAUDIO SANTANA FERREIRA que também é sócio.Ambos joga o caso pra um pra outro nem esclarecer o contrato sabem pede pra falar com outro e eu só aguardo.Cuidado quando vocês forem alugar uma casa procure uma imobiliária de confiança porque a Cist Imovéis só quer dinheiro no qual ele ganha mais não arruma a casa decente pra se morar.
Eles foram lá já 4x porem só olharam e nunca arrumaram nada.

They both play the case for each other nor clarify the contract know ask to talk to another and I just wait. Careful when you are renting a house look for a real estate trust because Cist Imovéis only wants money in which he makes more does not get the decent house to live in.
They went there already 4x but just looked and never got anything.
