Não somente no meu caso, mas ouvindo outras pessoas, lá falta planejamento e organização, agendam a entrega dos exames, e atrasam, causando problemas; como foi no meu caso, entregaram 10 dias depois, quando já nem precisava mais. Nem pedido de desculpas, nem nenhuma forma de satisfação!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horário agendado meio dia, atendimento foi acontecer às 13h10, porque agendar se não atendem no horário, nem estrelas vou dar, para retirar um exame de imagens depois de 3horas feito tive que esperar mais 1 hora, falta de consideração e respeito, não pretendo voltar a realizar exames nessa clínica mais.
Scheduled time half day, service was happening at 1:10 pm, because scheduling if they don’t work on time, nor stars I will give, to remove an image exam after 3 hours done I had to wait 1 more hour, lack of consideration and respect, I do not intend to return to perform exams in that clinic more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CIT - Tatuí, Você que tem um canal de atendimento WhatsApp, qual o sentido de "mandar" o paciente entrar em contato por telefone? Pedi apenas os horários dos agendamentos disponíveis, para um possível exame. Qual a dificuldade de enviar mensagem de texto?
Depois de questionar o atendente(a), não me responderam mais, muita falta de empatia e profissionalismo!
Realmente não fazem noção do que é atender bem, com educação e prontidão. Não recomendo, se o atendimento foi ruim, o que esperar do lugar?
