★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo site, sistema revoltante, diz que os agendamentos estão disponíveis a partir de 12 horas mas quando vemos 12 horas em ponto, aparece que só fazem no outro dia.
 Lousy website, revolting system, says that schedules are available from 12 o'clock but when we see 12 o'clock sharp, it appears that they only do it the other day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O site não presta para nada, o telefone pra contato não funciona, os atendentes são despreparados. Muita demanda para funcionários incapacitados. Mesmo pagando alguns serviços você tem que se humilhar, ficar dias tentando um agendamento para fazer uma simples 2º via de RG.
No geral é tudo péssimo, uma vergonha!
The site is useless, the contact phone does not work, the attendants are unprepared. Too much demand for disabled employees. Even paying for some services you have to humble yourself, spend days trying to make an appointment to make a simple 2nd copy of RG.
In general everything is terrible, a shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É pessimo o sistema, para agendamentos vai fazer 4 meses que estou tentando agendar a 3* via do rg e o sistema só dá erro nem abre. Uma vergonha. A pessoa pagar vários impostos, pra ter péssimos serviços disponíveis, isso sem falar a má vontade de certos funcionários para dá uma simples informação.
The system is terrible, for appointments it will be 4 months since I’m trying to schedule the 3 * via rg and the system just gives an error or doesn’t open. A shame. The person pays several taxes, to have terrible services available, not to mention the unwillingness of certain employees to give a simple information.

I can't schedule anything, unfortunately the system shouldn't undergo maintenance, weak government doesn't pay attention to our rights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há mais de um ano estou tentando agendar 2 via do meu RG e nunca tem vaga. agora nem a central de Mossoró tem na lista de agendamento.
I've been trying to schedule 2 copies of my RG for over a year and there's never a vacancy. now not even the Mossoró plant has it on the scheduling list.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bem organizado. Marquei meu serviço e demorei menos de meia hora lá pra realizar. Pouco movimento, exatamente por conta do atendimento rápido. Tem xerox, foto 3x4, tudo lá do lado. O site pra agendamos de serviços é agendamento.itep.rn.gov.br e abre a agenda toda sexta-feira
Well organized. I booked my service and it took me less than half an hour to do it. Little movement, exactly because of the fast service. There's xerox, 3x4 photo, everything on the side. The website for scheduling services is atendimento.itep.rn.gov.br and the schedule opens every Friday
