★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saiu extremamente chateada, médico não compareceu a consulta, não recebi ligação, deixei compromissos pra ir na consulta pra no final não ter atendimento! Sendo que tinha médico na casa mas não quis atender. Senti total descaso. Muito chateada mesmo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A clinica errou os dados do méddico solicitante para o exame, ao direcionar a solicitação para unimed , impossibilitando minha filha com baixa visão de realizar o exame e quando a unimed refez a solicitação eles negam nao ter vaga para minha filha fazer o exame nesta semana ... Minha filha tem uma conulta agendada a dois meses com especialista em galucom e estrabismo.
O tratamento da atendente Ana Paula não é humanizado.
