A instalação precisou de mais de 20 visitas, até que o alarme parasse de disparar!
A câmera parou de funcionar depois de um ano, pois usaram conduíte inadequado para passar os cabos. Para retificar o próprio erro, quiseram cobrar 900 reais de mão de obra! Empresa sem profissionalismo e sem compromisso com o cliente!
The team does not have adequate technical knowledge and when they make mistakes, they charge for rectification!
The installation took more than 20 visits, until the alarm stopped going off!
The camera stopped working after a year, as they used inappropriate conduit to run the cables. To rectify their mistake, they wanted to charge 900 reais for labor! Company without professionalism and without commitment to the customer!
