★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando mais precisamos resolvermos problemas de documentos nos deparamos com diversas dificuldades burocráticas, no entanto encontramos pessoas dispostas a proporcionarmos o melhor de si para ajudarmos, assim já aconteceu antes e hoje não poderia ser diferente. estive no Cartório de Registro Civil das Pessoas Naturais , na Rua Coronel Fagundes, 182 em minha querida cidade de Franco da Rocha , sendo atendido inicialmente pelo MARCELO , merecedor dos mais altos ELOGIOS pela sua educação, paciência e determinação em atender da melhor forma possivel e com a YARA CRISTINA , digna também de ELOGIOS, pela sua postura profissional , orientadora e educada.
Nossa vida tão atribulada, nos faz esquecermos de agradecermos estas atitudes louvaveis e dignas de serem salientadas e divulgadas, reitero não ser a primeira experiência que tive no atendimento dos serviços prestados por eles, inclusive presenciei com outras pessoas, que tem a oportunidade de agradecer porém não o fazem.
ELOGIOS, ao Marcelo e a Yara, bem com o os demais da equipe que lá atuam, do atendente na entrada ao servidor no caixa, pela receptividade e respeito.

When we most need to solve document problems, we face several bureaucratic difficulties, however we find people willing to provide the best of themselves to help, as it has happened before and today could not be different. I was at the Civil Registry of Natural Persons, at Rua Coronel Fagundes, 182 in my dear city of Franco da Rocha, being initially attended by MARCELO, deserving of the highest COMPLIMENTS for his education, patience and determination to serve in the best possible way and with YARA CRISTINA, also worthy of PRAISE, for her professional, guiding and polite attitude.
Our busy life, makes us forget to thank these praiseworthy attitudes and worthy of being highlighted and disseminated, I reiterate that it is not the first experience I had in attending to the services provided by them, I even witnessed it with other people, who have the opportunity to thank they don't.
