★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um problema com uma loja em São José dos Pinhais Pr onde uma etiqueta manchou uma bermuda branca. A loja se recusou de trocar e falou que deveria entrar em contato com City. De dentro da loja chamei no WhatsApp e fui prontamente atendida e muito bem tratada, até me surpreendi com agilidade no retorno e no mesmo momento eles autorizaram troca e ainda disseram que isso era pra ser feito pelo loja e não pelo consumidor. Parabéns pelo atendimento. Por mais empresas assim. Deus abençoe.
