★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A organização do ambiente anda melhorando muito, os guardas e porteiros sempre muito educados respondem a dúvidas simples, enquanto questões mais complexas devem ser direcionadas as recepcionistas. Devo alertar que algumas delas parecem trabalhar contra a própria vontade prestando um atendimento ruim inclusive aos funcionários, mas isto NÃO É UMA CARACTERÍSTICA UNIVERSAL.
The organization of the environment is improving a lot, the guards and porters always very polite answer simple questions, while more complex questions should be directed to receptionists. I must warn you that some of them seem to work against their will giving poor service even to employees, but this IS NOT A UNIVERSAL FEATURE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou muito satisfeita com a gestão atual da Prefeitura de Colatina, que não obstante a falta de recursos para investir na cidade, nunca deixa de fazer o que estiver ao alcance para servir. Eu acredito sim que o Sergio me representa, e representa o anseio de grande parte da população por políticos que trabalhem pelo povo, que vistam a camisa do seu próprio governo.
I am very satisfied with the current administration of the City of Colatina, which despite the lack of resources to invest in the city, never fails to do what it can to serve. I do believe that Sergio represents me, and represents the longing of a large part of the population for politicians who work for the people, who wear the shirt of their own government.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mess like any other city hall in Brazil. Staff doesn't know anything, lots of employees just looking around, doing nothing, while the poor population waits for hours on line to have their issues solved. Only one member of the staff, Felipe, showed interest, and helped me out.
