★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz cotação de um item via whatsapp para compra a distância para presente, a vendedora disse que não poderia falar a marca e que se eu quisesse comprar eu saberia da marca apenas quando entregasse ou teria que ir pessoalmente até a loja. Estou em BH como faria essa verificação? Mesmo justificando e ligando na loja a atendente disse que era ordens do patrão não passar a informação da marca do item que estaria cotando e que essa informação seria possível somente quando entregasse. Lamentável esse tipo de comportamento.
I made a quote for an item via whatsapp for distance purchase for a gift, the saleswoman said she couldn't tell the brand and that if I wanted to buy I would only know the brand when it was delivered or I would have to go to the store in person. I'm in BH how would I do this verification? Even justifying and calling the store, the attendant said that it was the boss's orders not to pass on the brand information of the item he would be quoting and that this information would only be possible when delivered. This kind of behavior is regrettable.
