Old building without structure... It deserves a new location because even if the city hall doesn't have a good structure, let alone the city, this place should be used for commerce... Etc... and the city hall go to another location

I'm giving it a star because Andressa doesn't work there anymore and we all know that this city hall only went ahead when she was secretary.
