★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, tanto presencial quanto via telefone, atendentes mal educados, passam informação pela metade e quando passam... se precisar da Prefeitura de Jacareí tenha paciência!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A prefeitura é um lugar muito bom pessoal trabalhar que trabalha lá é muito bom assim e eu atendimento lá do pessoal é muito bom também tem que filha tem senha tem uns aguarda sua vez mas você é bem atendida pessoal lá atende direitinho eu tive lá pegando o papel do posto lá para pagar aí para atendimento eu acho tá então pode ir que você vai ser bem atendido

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A atual administração 2016/2024 vem se mostrando ao longo dos anos muito eficaz em questões de resolução de problemas relacionados a infraestrutura que por muitos anos foram deixados de lado. Ainda há muito o que se melhorar na cidade como saúde e suas demandas, porém muito já foi ou está sendo feito. Sinto que independente de bandeiras Jacareí está no rumo certo do desenvolvimento.

Gosto bastante da nossa Querida Sede do Município. Ao longo destes anos vem modernizando os equipamentos bem como a maneira de atender nós Munícipes.
Ah, também é coladinha com o Poupatempo e Cartório de Registro Civil.
Algumas vezes, precisei solicitar documentos e fui muito bem atendida. Gostei!!
Desejo que nossa Prefeitura atenda a todos de maneira semelhante e que acompanhe o desenvolvimento de toda nossa Região.
