RUA LUIZ PAMPLONA IN THE CENTER IS ABANDONED. SINGLE-HAND SHORT. WITHOUT BREAKING SPRINGS. CARS PARKED EVERYWHERE TO THE RIGHT OF THOSE UP, PREVENTING PASSAGE, EVEN BY TRUCK. IT HAS TO BE DOUBLE HAND. DANGEROUS STREET. MANY ELDERLY. RAILS RUN AT 200 KM PER HOUR THERE HAS NO SPRINGS. THE MAYOR JUST MAKES IMPROVEMENTS IN THE CENTER AND RUA LUIZ PAMPLONA IS FORGOTTEN ABANDONED
