Abri recentemente uma empresa e decidi suspender as atividades até ano que vem por uma questão de mercado.
Fui notificado para que criasse uma Inscrição Municipal mesmo com a empresa inativa. Teria que criar a Inscrição Municipal e pedir a suspensão todo ano até que a empresa iniciasse as operações. Achei desnecessário, já que posso comprovar que a empresa não tem movimento algum. Burocracia desnecessária.
Ponto positivo da prefeitura é que fui muito bem orientado pela Neli Faria e Vanda Torquato. Elas me deram todas as informações para que resolvesse da melhor maneira possível. Sempre esperamos que servidores públicos trabalhem lentamente ou que deem informações superficiais, mas não foi o que aconteceu. Explicaram tudo tintim por tintim e responderam aos e-mails prontamente. Não sei se foi caso isolado, mas elas foram muito profissionais.
Só não dei 5 estrelas porque achei que poderiam melhorar o processo burocrático.

I recently opened a company and decided to suspend activities until next year for market reasons.
I was notified to create a Municipal Registration even with the company inactive. It would have to create the Municipal Registration and request suspension every year until the company started operations. I thought it was unnecessary, as I can prove that the company has no movement. Unnecessary bureaucracy.
Positive point of the city is that I was very well guided by Neli Faria and Vanda Torquato. They gave me all the information so that I could solve it in the best way possible. We always expect public servants to work slowly or give out superficial information, but that's not what happened. They explained everything blow by blow and responded to emails promptly. I don't know if it was an isolated case, but they were very professional.
I just didn't give 5 stars because I thought they could improve the bureaucratic process.
