★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por favor, confiram o horário de atendimento ao público do setor de reciclagem/ doação de mudas! As 15:10 hs de hoje não havia mais atendimento.... Segundo o atendente do portão, o supervisor mandou voltar outro dia. Tenho 70 anos e estava com 2 crianças.
Please check the opening hours for the public in the recycling / seedling donation sector! At 3:10 pm today there was no more assistance .... According to the gate attendant, the supervisor ordered him to come back another day. I am 70 years old and had 2 children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não acreditava muito na gestão atual , mas tem me surpreendido ..espero que continue a ajudar nossa cidade a qual eu defendo sempre..pois morava em contagem e não gosto quando falam mal daqui ..pois lá todas as áreas não tem comparação.. atendimento na prefeitura é muito bom ..são atenciosos e tentam resolver a situação ou nos orientam...
I didn't really believe in the current administration, but it has surprised me ..I hope it will continue to help our city, which I always defend ..because I used to live in county and I don't like it when people talk badly here ..because there is no comparison in all areas .. service at the city hall is very good..they are attentive and try to resolve the situation or guide us...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As atendentes do balcão de recepção são educadas, mas estou com uma demanda de capina, retirada de entulho e tapa buracos há mais de 4 meses (pra uma rua bem pequena) e até hoje nenhum retorno dos setores. Tbm fiz um abaixo assinado pra colocar bueiros em minha rua, e outras coisas há mais de 7 meses e não tenho nenhum retorno, mesmo indo lá quase toda semana, o que me passam é apenas que foi passado a demanda pro responsável e nada mais. Sabemos da necessidade de todos, mas tbm sabemos que durante 4 ou 8 anos, poucas delas são sanadas. Os problemas de enxurradas que se criam na rua em período de chuva permanece, o IPVA chega todo início de ano, mas a pavimentação não. São muitos problemas que encontramos devido a falta de estrutura adequada em um gestão pública. E isso acontece, porque em quase todas as prefeituras, a maioria que ali trabalha não está por meritocracia e sim indicação ou por parentesco (a fatia do bolo) não é dividada pra quem precisa e sabe trabalhar.
Gostaria que todas os órgãos públicos trabalhassem com proatividade para o povo, assim como trabalham pra eles mesmos, seria respeitoso, admirável. Seria um Brasil diferente que eu ainda espero ver.
Nós merecemos atenção, mesmo quando não é época de eleição!
The reception desk attendants are polite, but I have had a demand for weeding, removal of rubble and filling holes for over 4 months (for a very small street) and to date no response from the sectors. I also made a petition to put culverts on my street, and other things for more than 7 months and I have not received any feedback, even though I go there almost every week, what I get is just that the demand was passed to the person in charge and nothing more. We know everyone's need, but we also know that for 4 or 8 years, few of them are remedied. The problems of floods that are created on the street in the rainy season remain, the IPVA arrives every beginning of the year, but the paving does not. There are many problems that we find due to the lack of adequate structure in public management. And this happens, because in almost all city halls, the majority who work there are not due to meritocracy but indication or kinship (the slice of the cake) it is not divided to those who need and know how to work.
I would like all public bodies to work proactively for the people, as they work for themselves, it would be respectful, admirable. It would be a different Brazil that I still hope to see.
We deserve attention, even when it's not election season!
