★ ★ ★ ★ ★ uma desgraça a prefeitura, a nata do péssimo serviço publico. De todas as prefeituras essa é a pior do estado da Bahia. Sistema de DAPS horrível e só anda com erro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento. O setor de tributos nao resolve as necessidades, faz pouco caso. Ja fui varias vezes resolver um assunto e ate agora nada. Manda voltar tal dia, a pessoa vai...ah, nao foi reolvido! Vem outro dia.
E nisso, a pessoa perde tempo, gasta dinheiro com transporte. Isso e desumano!
Terrible attendance. The tax sector does not solve the needs, it ignores it. I have been to resolve a matter several times and so far nothing. Send it back that day, the person will ... ah, it was not resolved! Come another day.
And in that, the person loses time, spends money on transportation. That is inhuman!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preciso muito que sejam instaladas lâmpadas na minha rua no Bairro da Cidade Nova, segundo a COELBA iluminação pública é com a Prefeitura. Pago INJUSTAMENTE uma taxa de iluminação pública e no entanto não tenho direito? ou vou ter que apelar para a justiça? É um direito meu já que pago essa taxa. Preciso dessa iluminação pois a marginalidade é muito alta na região temos até receio de sair de casa a noite por conta da escuridão.
I really need to install light bulbs on my street in the Cidade Nova neighborhood, according to COELBA, public lighting is with the City Hall. I UNFAIRLY pay a public lighting fee and yet I am not entitled? or will i have to appeal to justice? It is my right as I pay this fee. I need this lighting because the marginality is very high in the region, we are even afraid to leave the house at night because of the darkness.
