★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Algumas secretarias são mais disponiveis no atendimento, outras mais complicadas, demora na solução dos problemas do contribuinte. No geral são razoáveis quando se conhece alguém lá de dentro.
Some departments are more available in the service, others are more complicated, delay in solving the taxpayer's problems. Overall, they're reasonable when you meet someone on the inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A prefeitura de Tamandare cobra abusivamente o IPTU referente a área fictícia pois tenho o habite-se do imóvel com 136 metros quadrado e os mesmos cobraram há mais de 20 anos errado como se fosse 226 metros quadrados e ainda foram fazer uma nova medição e disseram ao caseiro que era mesmo 136 metros mas enviaram um e-mail cobrando sobre 195 metros. Até quando as prefeituras vão agir de forma abusiva
