★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dia 21/08/2020.. às 11 h...passei nessa loja como sempre faço nessas filiais citycol. fui comprar uma calça de moletom..para caminhar, inclusive tinha um mostruário na porta..e um rapaz estava na porta com um crachá da casa...qndo comecei a falar ele.me mandou eu procurar uma vendedora, lá dentro pq ele não era vendedor..ok.. achando a vendedora q mandou ele mim atender..q não quis.enfim funcionário mto mal educado.. grosseiro sem foco. parecia q não qria trabalhar..vale apena a acrescentar, q compro sempre algo, na citycol de Bonsucesso, lá temos um ótimo atendimento..isso foi o q mim surpreendeu.. sugestivo qndo colocámos algo expostos na frente de loja devemos colocar um vendedor no pronto atendimento..em tempos difíceis..mais!!
day 21/08/2020 .. to 11 h ... I passed in this store as I always do in those citycol branches. I went to buy sweatpants..to walk, there was even a showcase on the door..and a guy was at the door with a badge on the house ... when I started talking to him, he sent me to look for a saleswoman, inside because he he was not a salesman..ok .. finding the saleswoman q sent him to me..q didn’t want to. it seemed that I didn’t want to work… it’s worth adding, q I always buy something, at the Bonsucesso citycol, there is great service there… that was what surprised me. prompt service..in difficult times..more !!

Same standard as always, you'll find what you're looking for, for sure! Second floor dressing rooms, nightwear, underwear and gym clothes - female. Male on the background of the store.
