Eu estive na Citycol de Comendador Sores fazendo compras com minha filha de 6 anos,quando fui entrar no provador e senti uma dor no meu braço;quando eu olhei era um parafuso grande na porta do provador que cortou o meu braço.
Imediatamente eu pedi que chamassem a responsável pela loja e informei o ocorrida.
Pra minha surpresa,além de não me dar assistência nenhuma,a responsável da loja falou comigo de forma grosseira e me virou as costas me deixando falando sozinha no meio da loja e não ofereceu sequer um papel para limpar o braço.
Minha filha já estava ficando assustada com a situação e vendo meu braço ferido,então eu mesmo me dirigi até a farmácia ao lado e comprei curativos pra limpar o ferimento.
Eu tenho imagens do ferimento e do parafuso na porta do provador(inclusive,a imagem aparece a pele do meu braço no parafuso);estou tentando falar com o SAC da Citycol mas, não consigo o contato,então resolvi rezistrar minha indignação como consumidora aqui.
Não fui bem atendida,não tive assistência e ainda fui destratada pela responsável da loja.
Good Morning!
I was at Commendator Sores Citycol shopping with my 6 year old daughter when I went into the dressing room and felt a pain in my arm, when I looked it was a large bolt in the dressing room door that cut my arm.
Immediately I asked them to call the store manager and reported it.
To my surprise, besides not giving me any assistance, the store manager spoke to me rudely and turned her back on me leaving me talking to myself in the middle of the store and not even offered a paper to clean the arm.
My daughter was already getting scared of the situation and seeing my injured arm, so I went to the pharmacy next door and bought bandages to clean the wound.
I have pictures of the wound and the screw on the dressing room door (including the image showing the skin of my arm on the screw), I'm trying to talk to Citycol's SAC but I can't get in touch, so I decided to re-register my indignation as a consumer here. .
I was not well attended, I had no assistance and I was still devastated by the store manager.
