Um recepcionista despreparado que só responde com frases decoradas, fala com a gente sem sequer olhar pra pessoa como sinal de atenção.
Máquina de senha quebrada. Um lugar que não funciona, tratando as pessoas de forma inadequada.
Procure quando possível outro Cartório.
The waiting time for both the elderly and pregnant women is regrettable.
An unprepared receptionist who only responds with memorized phrases speaks to us without even looking at the person as a sign of attention.
Broken password machine. A place that doesn't work, treating people inappropriately.
When possible, look for another Notary Public.

I'm elderly and I was waiting 2 hours.. absurd.. apart from people who pass in front... Bad service... And they still stop to count coins from the flannels

Todas as funcionárias que fizeram o atendimento a mim ou aos meus vizinhos foram extremamente educadas eficientes e humanas. Há de se destacar a caixa que mesmo em face da obrigação de ser ágil, teve paciência com uma senhora bem idosa que fez diversas perguntas. Parabéns pela humanização do atendimento!
Comfortable registry office, with passwords and little waiting for service. All the staff members who attended to me or my neighbors were extremely polite, efficient and humane. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, atendimento demorado cheguei e tinha apenas 2 pessoas e demorei mais do que deveria cerca de 40 minutos. E por isso que está cada vez mais horrível, aconselho a irem ao cartório da praça de Monteiro,103 centro. Bem mais rápido o atendimento é fácil também….
