★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, o telefone quase 5 dias para atenderem e quando atenderam foi pior ainda não resolveram nada me mandando procurar a justiça sendo que eles me deram uma certidão e não fizeram o registro no livro, muita irresposabilidade.
 Horrible, the phone was almost 5 days to answer and when they answered it was even worse they didn't solve anything sending me to go to justice and they gave me a certificate and didn't register in the book, a lot of irresponsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cartório péssimo, bagunçado, atendente cheio de pose. Tive que ir várias vezes, gastando tempo e combustível, por pura irresponsabilidade do atendente. Sugiro que todos que tiverem problemas, ligarem pra ouvidoria pra fazer uma reclamação.
Terrible registry office, messy, clerk full of pose. I had to go several times, wasting time and fuel, due to sheer irresponsibility of the attendant. I suggest that everyone who has problems, call the ombudsman to make a complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perderam meu registro e eu estou sem documentos, porque, simplesmente, não sabem onde está o meu registro. E agora, meu pai que não tem culpa de nada e eu também não sei o paradeiro tem q ir lá resolver um erro que não é dele (ele também no iria porque ele não fala comigo) resumidamente o erro é da falta de organização e é de respondam do cartório. Estou sem documentos!!! Impedida de realizar coisas simples, como abrir uma conta em banco, por exemplo. Vou procurar um bom advogado e processar quem eu puder e como eu puder.
They lost my record and I'm undocumented because they just don't know where my record is. And now, my father, who is not to blame for anything and I don't know the whereabouts either, has to go there and solve a mistake that is not his (he wouldn't go because he doesn't talk to me) in short the mistake is the lack of organization and it is notary's office. I have no documents!!! Prevented from doing simple things, like opening a bank account, for example. I'll find a good lawyer and sue whoever I can and how I can.

I was very satisfied with the service today at this establishment. The triage employee was super polite, clarifying doubts from people who were looking for lighting. The girl who attended me soon after was wonderful too.
