★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Atendimento que não seja presencial sempre foi MUITO PRECÁRIO por parte do RCPJ / RJ.
Porém, por conta da Pandemia ( COVID 19) tal atendimento simplesmente NÃO EXISTE: Não atende ao telefôme ( 3520 5902 / 3520 5909 / 3520 5922 ) e não respondem aos e-mail's.
Eu só habilitei 1 (uma) estrela porque não há a opção de ZERO Estrela
Service that is not in person has always been VERY PRECIOUS by RCPJ / RJ.

O telefone não completa chamada, não respondem email, solicitei certidão online, paguei todas custas e a certidão não é emitida, ou seja, terei que ir até o local para retirada, pois a incompetência deste cartório é tanta que não conseguem enviar uma certidão. Péssimos

Já estava achando que não teria solução do problema, mas para minha felicidade fui muito bem atendida, orientada e saí de lá com partes dos problemas resolvidos. Fora isso é bem central, acessivel, amplo, confortável... e importante dizer que sempre respondem os e-mails e atendem ao telefone.
