★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje em dia a pessoa tem q procurar a melhor forma de agradar o cliente, eu comprei 4 pneus zero o cara não deu nem alinhamento nem balanceamento,onde algumas lojas dão esse tipo de suporte,cara ruim de jogo geral.
Nowadays the person has to look for the best way to please the customer, I bought 4 tires zero the guy gave neither alignment nor balancing, where some stores give this kind of support, bad guy of general game.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era cliente desde 2017, mas ano passado comecei a sentir que o alinhamento não era mais o mesmo, e percebi que a confiança no serviço prestado não era a mesma. Semana passada (12/07/21) levei o carro, pois a direção estava puxando, e foram realizadas 4 verificações da qualidade do serviço: 1ª e 2ª, o funcionário dirigiu e sai com ele, para verificar que ainda existe algo a realizar. Ao terminar o serviço, fui embora acreditando que estava tudo certo. Retornei e chamei o funcionário. Na 3ª e última, eu sai dirigindo e mostrei a ele; Ao final, foi realizada mais uma inspeção. Fui embora acreditando que o serviço estava bom...... Resultado do alinhamento foi que o carro estava com a direção pesada e puxando com a velocidade de 20km....... Precisei levar em outro local e refazer o alinhamento.... Pessimo serviço.
I have been a client since 2017, but last year I started to feel that the alignment was not the same anymore, and I realized that the confidence in the service provided was not the same. Last week (07/12/21) I took the car, because the direction was pulling, and there were 4 checks on the quality of the service: 1st and 2nd, the employee drove and left with him, to check that there is still something to be done. When I finished the job, I left believing that everything was fine. I returned and called the clerk. On the 3rd and last, I drove off and showed him; At the end, another inspection was carried out. I left believing that the service was good...... The result of the alignment was that the car was driving heavily and pulling at a speed of 20km...... I had to take it to another location and redo the alignment. ... Terrible service.
