★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, o montador deixou a borracha do farol aberta, meu farol infiltrou, voltei a loja, a opção que me deram foi retirar o farol e secar, porém foi feito com tanta má vontade que ficou uma m... Não secou tudo, continuou embaçando e tive que comprar um farol novo, não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contrariando muitos comentários negativos aqui, fui muito bem atendido pelo dono, fiz vários serviços simultâneos no meu carro, todos com produtos de qualidade, instalação com rapidez e mão obra específica para reparos em outros acessórios que precisava. Alguns valores bem em conta com o nosso mercado atual, Recomendo.
Contrary to many negative comments here, I was very well attended by the owner, I did several simultaneous services on my car, all with quality products, fast installation and specific labor for repairs to other accessories I needed. Some values well into account with our current market, I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei película nano carbono e ficou só bolha, voltei 2x pra arrumar adquiri anilha de para-choque, não durou uma semana pras borrachas de fixação quebrarem, quando procurei pra troca, a mulher simplesmente disse que não tinha item pra reposição
I bought nano carbon film and it was just a bubble, I came back 2 times to fix it I bought a bumper washer, it didn't last a week for the fixing rubbers to break, when I looked for a replacement, the woman simply said she didn't have a replacement item

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz cotação de uma película pro carro e quando cheguei presencial me foi cobrado 100 reais a mais mas como mostrei orçamento o responsável disse que faria pelo valor se trouxesse no dia.
Após começar o serviço o funcionário aparentava está com má vontade de fazer e deixou a do pára-brisa traseiro alegando que não daria mais pra fazer porque demoraria uma hora só pra remover e ele tinha compromisso e teria que sair, eu chamei responsável e solicitei que outra pessoa fizesse colocação naquele vidro.
Serviço foi realizado em uma quinta feira antes do feriado da semana santa mas tive que retornar na segunda feira pra rever o serviço porque em todos os vidros ficaram bolhas e sem acabamentos, falei pelo Wpp fazendo agendamento pra arrumar.
Fiquei mais de 2h pra começarem a perguntar sobre o que era pra fazer, achei uma experiência um pouco desagradável porque por ser um retorno trataram com descaso.
Mas após esse tempo um funcionário fez a substituição de praticamente todas os vidros deixando pendente apenas dianteiro alegando que levam até 7 dias pra secar e iriam sair as bolhas, caso não saia eu deveria voltar, foi um pouco desagradável mas importante foi resolverem ainda que parcialmente, vou aguardar secar mas acredito que não tem mais jeito e não vale a pena voltar, espero que dessa vez fique sem bolhas.
I made a quote for a film for the car and when I arrived in person I was charged 100 reais more but as I showed the budget the person in charge said he would do it for the value if I brought it on the day.
After starting the service, the employee seemed unwilling to do it and left the one on the rear windshield, claiming that it wouldn't be possible to do it anymore because it would take an hour just to remove it and he had an appointment and would have to leave, I called the person in charge and asked him to someone else put it in that glass.
Service was carried out on a Thursday before the Holy Week holiday but I had to return on Monday to review the service because all the glass had bubbles and no finishes, I spoke through Wpp making an appointment to fix it.
I stayed for more than 2 hours for them to start asking about what I was supposed to do, I found it a bit unpleasant because it was a return they treated me with carelessness.
But after that time, an employee replaced practically all the glass, leaving only the front pending, claiming that it takes up to 7 days to dry and the bubbles would come out, if it doesn't come out I should go back, it was a little unpleasant but important was to solve it, even if partially , I'll wait for it to dry but I believe there's no other way and it's not worth going back, I hope this time it will be without bubbles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu carro para fazer alguns serviços, o funcionário que realizou os serviços é excelente, entende do que está fazendo. Meu problema foi com os preços que variam de cliente para cliente, deveria ser tabelado, mais organizado. Recomendo com ressalvas.
I took my car to do some services, the employee who performed the services is excellent, he understands what he is doing. My problem was with the prices that vary from client to client, it should be fixed, more organized. I recommend it with reservations.
