Recentemente participei de um treinamento na CL em parceria com a Quatzolit destinado a Engenheiros e Arquitetos, o que agregou muito mais conhecimento a minha profissão. O que considerei um diferencial da loja e só para destacar, foi totalmente gratuito.

Mas a casa tem passado por umas mudanças que põe em dúvida a qualidade do atendimento.
Agora os vendedores tem que correr prateleiras para pegar produtos. Ou seja, para o cliente isso ficou cansativo. Sinceramente achei uma bagunça, mas vamos ver os resultados. Outra questão é a forma de pagamento. Depois da maratona para pegar os materiais e passar no caixa, foi informado que o pagamento seria por pix. Todo o trabalho do caixa foi perdido, por causa da forma de pagamento, o vendedor voltou pra o computador pra lançar tudo novamente para então poder fazer um pagamento.Depois fui pra conferência onde mais tempo foi tomado. Talvez para a loja haja benefícios, mas para mim foi prejuízo de tempo. E sabemos quanto o tempo custa não é mesmo?
