Não demonstrou interesse em entender o que eu estava precisando. Tanto que só me trouxe peças completamente o oposto do que eu havia especificado. Mas a outra cliente que, aparentemente ao ver da vendedora, deveria ter, por alguma razão, um atendimento melhor que o meu, ela a atendeu muito bem. Saí da loja completamente frustrada e infelizmente não pretendo voltar. Não recomendo.
Terrible attendance! It is evident that the seller has her own evaluation criteria to choose who she will serve! He showed no interest in understanding what I was needing. So much so that it only brought me pieces completely the opposite of what I had specified. But the other customer who, apparently when seeing the saleswoman, should have, for some reason, a better service than mine, she served her very well. I left the store completely frustrated and unfortunately I don't intend to go back. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei encantada quando encontrei essa loja, pois estava procurando roupinhas mais leves, alegres e coloridas. Entrei na loja e meu encanto logo acabou, a atendente estava com uma má vontade de atender.
Me tratou com se tivesse me fazendo um favor, quando eu pedia meu tamanho para provar ela fazia caras e bocas, saia arrastando os pés e com a cara fechada.
Comprei um valor de 429 reais e teria comprado mais, se eu não tivesse me sentindo tão mal na loja. A atendente se apresentou como Vânia, se não me falha a memória.
Só vi um sorriso dela na hora que estava saindo do provador com as coisas na mão para pagar.
Não deu uma ajuda, não ofereceu nada a mais, não ficou perto caso eu precisasse de ajuda e quando eu pedia a mesma ela ainda fazia as caras dela. Não volto mais nessa loja.
I was delighted when I found this store, as I was looking for lighter, more cheerful and colorful clothes. I entered the store and my charm soon ended, the attendant was unwilling to answer.
She treated me as if she was doing me a favor, when I asked my size to prove it, she made faces and mouths, skirt dragging her feet and with a frown.
I bought a value of 429 reais and would have bought more if I hadn't been feeling so bad at the store. The attendant introduced herself as Vânia, if memory serves.
I only saw her smile as she was leaving the dressing room with things in hand to pay.
She didn't give any help, didn't offer anything more, didn't stay close in case I needed help and when I asked for the same, she still made her faces. I'm not coming back to this store.
