★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super atenciosos no instagram e totalmente desleixados no atendimento via watts app. Estou tentando marcar uma hora pra provar os vestidos de noiva e não consigo resposta. Precisam melhorar a qualidade do atendimento pois acaba desanimando o cliente com tanta demora.
 Super attentive on instagram and totally sloppy in service via watts app. I'm trying to make an appointment to try the wedding dresses and I can't get an answer. They need to improve the quality of care because it ends up discouraging the customer with so much delay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O vestido de noiva sem dúvida para mim era a coisa mais importante no casamento, encontrar o vestido perfeito foi uma tarefa difícil que me fez durante 1 mês inteiro passar de loja em loja, até que finalmente encontrei o modelo perfeito na Clamore, mas minha avaliação não é positiva a partir deste ponto.
Nas provas do vestido desde a primeira até a última prova senti um problema entre o decote e o ombro, um lado não estava bom, e inúmeras vezes apontei esta falha, para a atendente e para o gerente da loja, sentindo que não estava recebendo a atenção devida, pedi para minha cerimonialista intervir, foram inúmeras provas.
Quando fiz minha última prova me foi garantido que seria corrigido e que não precisaria de uma nova prova, que eu poderia buscar o vestido já passado e poderia ficar tranquila sobre isso. No meu casamento notei q nada foi feito, usei o vestido com o sentimento de que minha queixa era fútil, me senti enganada, e penso até que fui ignorada porque não tenho o perfil do público consumidor da loja.
Isso foi uma falha que gerou danos irreparáveis, porque em algumas fotos eu notei o defeito de simetria.
Cheguei a comentar com a vendedora novamente o ocorrido após devolver o vestido e a mesma simplesmente ignorou o fato tentando justificar que a olho nu era difícil reparar essa diferença, sendo que eu mesma estava vendo desde a primeira prova.
The wedding dress undoubtedly for me was the most important thing in the wedding, finding the perfect dress was a difficult task that made me for 1 whole month move from store to store until I finally found the perfect model at Clamore, but my evaluation is not positive from this point.
In the dress tests from the first to the last test I felt a problem between the neckline and the shoulder, one side was not good, and several times I pointed this fault to the attendant and the store manager, feeling that I was not receiving the attention, I asked my ceremonial to intervene, there was a lot of evidence.
When I did my last test I was assured that it would be corrected and that I would not need a new proof, that I could get the dress already passed and could rest easy about it. In my marriage I noticed that nothing was done, I used the dress with the feeling that my complaint was futile, I felt cheated, and I think even I was ignored because I do not have the profile of the consumer public of the store.
This was a failure that caused irreparable damage, because in some photos I noticed the defect of symmetry.
I commented with the seller again what happened after returning the dress and she simply ignored the fact trying to justify that the naked eye was difficult to repair that difference, being that I had been seeing since the first test.
