Quando minha mãe chegou para fazer retoque do microblading ela não pode atender pois estava com horário atrasado. Voltamos para casa sem atendimento, na data e horário remarcado também não foi atendida no horário combinado e sim em outro horário. Espero que vocês melhorem no compromisso com o cliente de retorno.
The procedure was well done, but there was a lack of commitment to the customer. When my mother arrived to do the microblading retouching she could not answer because she was late. We returned home without care, the date and time rescheduled was also not attended at the agreed time but at another time. Hope you guys improve on the return customer engagement.
