★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu pai está com 65 anos e optou por conta própria se mudar para a Clara Residencial ha 5 meses atrás. Na época eu fui contra, mas hj posso afirmar que ele é muito mais feliz neste local, fez vários amigos e passa o dia entre inumeras atividades que são oferecidas (semana passada eles visitaram a Casa Fiat de Cultura). QUALIDADE DE VIDA é o que define a Clara Residencial.
My father is 65 years old and chose to move to Clara Residencial on his own 5 months ago. At the time I was against it, but today I can say that he is much happier in this place, he made several friends and spends the day among countless activities that are offered (last week they visited Casa Fiat de Cultura). QUALITY OF LIFE is what defines Clara Residencial.

Foi marcado para eu visitar o local e quando cheguei a recepcionista disse que não havia nenhuma informação no sistema e ficou olhando pra minha cara com desconfiança e apesar deu explicar pra ela que meu irmão ja tinha conversado com a proprietaria Daniela e a mesma disse que eu poderia ir no domingo a partis de 9:00, a recepcionista em vez de tomar alguma atitude pra resolver a questão continuava a me olhar com desconfiança e dizer que não havia nenhuma informação no sistema. Pedi a ela pra se comunicar com a responsável aguardei uns 40 minutos e nada de resposta. Mandei mensagem para a Daniela (proprietária) que só veio a me responder algo depois de muito tempo quando eu já tinha ido embora. Falta de responsabilidade e educação. Postura inadequada tanto da recepcionista quanto da proprietária, portanto não recomendo o local .
It was terrible. I was scheduled to visit the place and when I arrived the receptionist said that there was no information in the system and kept looking at my face suspiciously and despite explaining to her that my brother had already talked to the owner Daniela and she said that I could go on Sunday from 9am, the receptionist instead of taking any action to resolve the issue continued to look at me suspiciously and say that there was no information in the system. I asked her to communicate with the person in charge, I waited 40 minutes and no answer. I texted Daniela (owner) who only came to answer me after a long time when I was gone. Lack of responsibility and education. Inadequate posture by both the receptionist and the owner, so I do not recommend the location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não foi boa a experiência com minha mãe. Ela ficou no residencial por 6 meses. Inicialmente tudo ia bem, depois, a qualidade dos serviços em geral foi só diminuindo. A proprietária, Daniela, foi extremamente indelicada quando questionei e pontuei algumas observações sobre os serviços. Atualmente, não recomendaria o estabelecimento.
The experience with my mother was not good. She stayed in the residential for 6 months. Initially everything was going well, then the quality of the services in general just decreased. The owner, Daniela, was extremely impolite when I questioned and pointed out some remarks about the services. I would not currently recommend this property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu não tive, se quer, a experiência de visitar a casa. Liguei para saber como era o funcionamento da casa. O pessoa do setor comercial me retornou, disse que eu queria saber de valores, me falou um valor qualquer e me perguntou se estava dentro do que eu imaginava. Eu disse que não. Realmente estava acima do que eu "imaginava", não disse que estava acima do que eu poderia pagar. Ela então me desejou boa sorte para encontrar algo dentro das minhas condições. Eu perguntei se ela não poderia sequer me explicar como funciona a casa. Ela, friamente, respondeu que se estava acima do valor que eu poderia pagar o fato dela me explicar somente faria nós duas perdermos tempo.
O fato de eu ter ou não condições de pagar o valor que ela me informou é irrelevante, a frieza com que essa pessoa me atendeu, principalmente quando concluiu que eu não tinha condições de pagar, me fez ter certeza que eu jamais colocaria meus pais nesse local. Não quero prejudicar ninguém, mas é importante sabermos que todos estamos travando batalhas e a empatia é importante sempre!!!! A casa perdeu dois clientes! Eu ganhei a oportunidade de pesquisar melhor. Gratidão

It really was above what I "imagined", I didn't say it was above what I could afford. She then wished me luck in finding something within my means. I asked if she couldn't even explain to me how the house works. She coldly replied that if it was above the amount I could pay for her to explain it to me would only waste both of us time.
Whether or not I was able to pay the amount she informed me is irrelevant, the coldness with which this person treated me, especially when he concluded that I was unable to pay, made me sure that I would never put my parents in this local. I don't want to harm anyone, but it's important to know that we are all fighting battles and empathy is always important!!!! The house lost two customers! I gained the opportunity to research better. Gratitude

Eu tenho 34 anos ,mas moraria no residencial se tivesse condição.
Os idosos residentes lá, estão mais felizes do que a maioria das pessoas em isolamento de COVID.
Lugar agradável de energia amistosa e silencioso, perfeito pra quem busca conforto e qualidade de vida.
I went to visit the residential for my mother-in-law, I liked it so much that I wanted to stay there.
I am 34 years old, but I would live in the residential if I had the conditions.
The elderly residents there are happier than most people in COVID isolation.
Pleasant place with friendly and quiet energy, perfect for those looking for comfort and quality of life.
