★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa com Alto despreparo no aluguel de imóveis, péssima experiência, funcionários que não conhecem o próprio trâmite do trabalho, não sabem explicar coisas simples sobre locação, onde o proprietário do imóvel tem que interferir nos trâmites de entrega do imóvel, muito desrespeito, onde o funcionário faz uma vistoria de entrega do imóvel e após meses o proprietário passa a cobrar coisas que a imobiliária dizia já estar tudo ok, cuidado ao irem nessa imobiliária e cuidado também com proprietários dos imóveis, que estão aí exposto na empresa para locação. Não recomendo a ninguém. Não aluguem imóveis nessa imobiliária e nem com os proprietário dos imóveis que aí estão, só será dor de cabeça.
A company with a high level of unpreparedness in the rental of real estate, bad experience, employees who do not know the actual procedure for the job, do not know how to explain simple things about leasing, where the owner of the property has to interfere with the delivery procedures of the property, very disrespectful, where the employee does a survey of delivery of the property and after months the owner starts to charge things that the real estate agent said everything is already ok, be careful when going to this real estate and also be careful with the property owners, who are there in the company for rental. I don't recommend it to anyone. Do not rent real estate in this real estate or even with the owners of the properties that are there, it will only be a headache.
