As duas vezes que fui houve um atraso enorme, a 1 vez de mais de 2 horas, a 2 por mais de 1 hora, e sempre com a desculpa de que deu uma "atrasadinha" ou que chegou uma "emergência". Ora, porque não dão um espaçamento maior entre os pacientes. A Dra. Jeanne é muito boa. Ela é uma ótima dentista, top.
The correct address is in room 602. The two times I went there was a huge delay, once for more than 2 hours, twice for more than 1 hour, and always with the excuse that I was "late" or that I arrived an "emergency". ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. É a terceira vez que fui me consultar com a Jeanne e sempre tem uma espera que leva horas. Desisti do meu tratamento com a mesma devido a falta de respeito. Minutos antes da consulta, eu me informei a hora para chegar a tempo. A secretaria já sabia que ia demorar e nem avisou, somando com a falta de respeito com o horário. Estava marcado para as 14h30 e tinha 5 pessoas na minha frente. Isso não foi a primeira vez, e sim, a terceira.
Terrible attendance. It's the third time I've been to see Jeanne and there's always a wait that takes hours. I gave up my treatment with her due to lack of respect. Minutes before the appointment, I informed myself of the time to arrive on time. The secretariat already knew it would take time and didn't even warn, adding to the lack of respect for the schedule. It was scheduled for 2:30 pm and had 5 people in front of me. This was not the first time, but the third.
