I just want to comment that the same thing happens to me. I can't dial because it just drops on the answering machine and then the call drops. Trying 15 days ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionante, primeiramente o paciente nao bem atendido na recepção, pois a atendente fica batendo papo e literalmente ignora você. Outro ponto e o atraso da referida médica em mais de uma hora. Não recomendo essa "profissional de saúde ".
Disappointing, first of all the patient is not well attended at the reception, because the attendant is chatting and literally ignores you. Another point is the referred doctor's delay of more than an hour. I do not recommend this "health professional".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente profissional. Atenciosa e dedicada. Responde às mensagens pelo WhatsApp na mesma hora, tira as inúmeras dúvidas, quando não consegue esclarecer liga na mesma hora. Até problemas com o plano e liberação do medicamento ela resolve tudo. Muita gratidão por essa médica e amiga.
